Greeter/Host: Make guests feel welcomed, lead them to designated table. Calls each guest out in order to be seated, & handle cash at register. Responsibilities include: rolling silverware, package to-go orders, sweep
& make sure restaurant is tidy, kept presentable. If needed & if possible, help servers with drinks.
Expeditor/Food Runner: pull plates from the food window, revise orders are correct & presentable before sending food out with the food runner. Very critical to make sure all orders are sent out correctly to prevent making guests upset. Food Runner “runs” food to table, makes sure that the guest receives food correctly. If guests need anything or seem to be missing anything, the food runner must then communicate with the server.
Server: responsibility to make guest feel like they are being well taken care of. Take drink & food orders, bring out both their food & drinks, accommodate any other needs. ALWAYS maintain a smile, remain friendly, & keep a positive attitude to keep guests happy. SKILLS
