HollyFrontier Corporation, Dallas, TX 2014 – Till Now

The HollyFrontier Corporation is a Fortune 500 company based in Dallas, TX. HollyFrontier is a petroleum refiner and distributor of petroleum products, from gasoline to petroleum-based lubricants and waxes.

As a Senior ERP Delivery Lead, delivered HR projects on time and within budget by collaborating with project manager and delivery team.

Acquisitions: Lead three acquisitions for the company to ensure smooth consolidation of 1450 new employees into company’s HR system to process benefits, time, and payroll. Reviewed/approved project charter, developed BRD and project scope. Project scope consisted of business requirements, financial consolidation, and resources. Used solution manager for documentation.

Gross Payroll in US: Implemented gross payroll in SAP using payroll schemas and did data transfer to ADP for net payroll, store net payroll results in SAP HR/Finance. Implemented BADI for payroll posting.

Payroll implementation for UK and Canada: Insourced from ADP Payroll for UK. Implemented Canada Gross and Net payroll in SAP. Implemented user exit RFFOUS_T for ACH file.

US payroll Support: Update payroll calendar and check dates as part of year end process, installed required HRSPs, reviewed and applied OSS notes, BSI TUBS updates.

Canada payroll support: Implemented year end PDF forms including YE & ROE - XML validation error location improvement, Tax - Quebec legal changes, Tax - Corrections, Incorrect tax threshold for Quebec taxation. Applied OSS Note. Changed payroll constants TX000 for personal exemptions and Provincial/Territorial personal exemptions and indexing factor changes in T511K table.

Time Management: Implemented time management with positive and negative time using time schema, time evaluation. Implemented CATSDB for exempt and non-exempt employees. Implemented Kronos for hourly employees.

Benefits: Implemented SAP benefits. Production support during open enrollment payroll year end projects ensuring corporate compliance.

Cloud Benefits: Implemented Aspire Cloud Benefits to improve user experience with benefits enrollment. Cloud benefits is deployed on SuccessFactors portal.
