Health Food Store: Small business owner of retail store 2012 – Present

Oversee retail store operations for startup business. Setup QuickBooks point of sale linked to the accounting program. Lead daily operations, budgets and cost controls, inventory control and P$L management. Administer personnel, including payroll. Maximize sells and service during the peak period by implementing a dynamic inventory rotation to attract buyer’s diversity and improve sales. Supervised and trained three employees.

International Controller/Financial Analyst: Wholesale fresh produce, with earning up to 100 million dollars. Supervised a team of ten in the accounting and financing department. Responsible to coordinate all Human Resources including preparation of Score cards, benefits, workers’ comp, and supervised payroll for up to 275 employees. Supervised accounts payable, accounts receivable. Responsible for bank and general ledger accounts reconciliations; prepare trial balance and deliver timely and accurate financial statements. Responsible to estimate and pay corporate: state and federal taxes.
