Update of the PRs in SAP as to the offered quotations and costs. Works in close coordination with Financial controller as regards the correct budget controls to be used, G/L and WBS. Receiving: receive materials onboard via air and sea. Physical checks and reporting of any discrepancies as per original order. Coordinate with onshore logistics on shipment. Receipt of goods done in SAP.

Warehousing: proper tagging and storage of materials on the available stores located at various places onboard. Keeps and updates of all material records as to the Delivery orders, MSDS, certificates, and other vendor documents.

TURNAROUND

Form part of Shutdown team as Turnaround Planner, reporting directly and second in charge to the Turnaround Coordinator. Turnaround is executed every 2 years for each plant. The Company has 6 petrochemical plants, (2 ammonia plants, 2 urea plants, 2 methanol plants), 1 LNG plant, 1 refinery, 2 Power Station plants, Handling and shipping complex, and 2 Desalination plants under the Maintenance Department, that is why we have 3 plants on turnaround every year.

Coordinate the shutdown plans, shutdown meetings, record minutes of the meetings and coordinate with the Turnaround members for the corrective actions.

Develop the overall field shutdown plans for multi- disciplines and multi-nationals and various contractors. Work is prepared via Microsoft project. Update the plan, calculate the percent completion and advise management for delays with suggestions to overcome delay.

Prepares the WBS, input to Microsoft Project, allocate manpower and equipment, plan the completion date. This is the basis for the hiring of extra manpower and hire of heavy equipment.

Follow up of the requisitioned materials of the turnaround, Report of the delay and update the committee on the status of the materials.

Receive the materials requested for the turnaround. Inspect and store to various locations designed for the purpose. Segregate spare parts against consumable items. Designed the tags for proper identification of material. Designed the Containers/Stores location.

Issue and control of the materials for the turnaround.

Negotiate with specialist services, review of their offers, quotations, terms and conditions and prepares their contract. Review of their invoice.

Prepares the plan/schedule for other projects to be carried out during the turnaround.
