Job included building of 2 factories in steel buildings (maximum ridge height 35m) covering a footprint of 450x180m, Earth Works, cutting, filling in layers with compaction, Hydro-vac, ditches, pipe lines, manholes and culverts, insulation, heavy machines work, 35000 Steel elements weighing 8000 tons, erecting, alignment, torqueing, cladding 60’000 m2 of walls and roofs, Steel ladders and platforms,

The landmark project, located on the Jebel Ali ”Lahbab Road within the Dubai Investment Park, consists of a 38,650 square-meter central warehouse, an 11,650 square-meter tire storage area, 1,650 square meters of ancillary buildings and 2,100 square meters of office space.

The structure’s space frame works are designed to provide large storage space. The office area is elevated above the other structures and is finished with glazing, composite aluminum cladding and honeycomb panels with specially designed landscaping to enhance the elevation.
