Worked majorly on Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas and LNG projects.

Recently working with ‘Technip Energies as a Piping Stress Engineer from March 2019 till date.

Develop Static and Dynamic Stress Analysis and define efficiently the Piping Layout and Piping Supports in order to provide enough flexibility to the piping system. Work Experience Summary:

Static Analysis of critical piping systems connected to Pressure Vessels, Centrifugal Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Heaters, Air Fin Coolers, Reactors, Flare Headers, HP Steam Headers, PSV connected lines and Pipe-rack lines using CAESAR II software.

Stress Analysis of lines connected to Sensitive Equipments such as Compressor.

Static Analysis for Wind and Earthquake Loads as per Stress design criteria.

Dynamic Analysis of Two phase flow lines, Slug force applicable lines - Frequency check using Model Analysis.

Establishing the Critical (Calculation pipe lines) and Non-critical (Non-calculation pipe lines) Line list from P&ID based on the criteria of Pipe material and diameter, Fluid type and its Process parameters.

Checking of Local Stresses and Nozzle Loads at the Nozzle-shell junction point as per WRC 107 and WRC 297.

Checking of Stresses, Displacements and Equipment Nozzle Loads & Moments in different load cases and Preparation of Load Cases as per Stress system requirement.

Perform Flange Leakage Analysis by 1) Pressure Equivalent Method, 2) NC 3658.3 Bolt Method, 3) Detailed Flange Check Analysis as per ASME SEC. VIII Method.

Preparation Stress Report in accordance with the Client requirement and Final Documentation.

Selection and Design of Spring Hangers, Preparation of Spring Data-Sheets and pass information to several vendors for selecting the final vendor as per their offers as well as raise TQ.

Trunnion check calculations, PSV reaction force calculations, Slug force calculations and Skirt temp expansion calculations.

Provide inputs for Pipe Support Clips on Column and Preparation of Clip loading sheets.

Review Equipment vendor drawings and Checking of IFC isometrics using P&ID, Line list, PMS, Vendor drawing and Instrument hook-up’s

Supporting and checking of Stress critical lines using Stress mark-up and Pipe support standard, reviewing support location and pipe routing for any modification requirement needed for Stress Analysis using Navisworks and Smart Plant Review software.

Supporting of Non-Stress critical lines using Pipe support standard, and checking of supports by using Support span chart and Guide span chart.

Span calculations and Selection of Support, Preparation of Special Pipe Support sketches as well as Civil Pipe Support sketches

Preparation of Civil and Structural Loading for structure and foundation design, giving critical loads on the Pipe-rack to the civil department.

Preparation of BOQ/MTO referring P&ID, Line list, Equipment layout, PMS, MDS and Instrument hook-ups.

Having knowledge of Pipe-wall thickness calculations, Branch reinforcement’s calculations & PT ratings.

Well versed with international codes and standards like ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, NEMA SM 23 etc. and their use in design and analysis.

Co-ordinate, plan and schedule piping activities to ensure a logical sequence and timely preparation, review and revision of all piping related documents. Detailed Career History:
