Achievements: Implementation of the part approval process in a systemic manner in the Mexico Plant, implementation of releasing process, 40% reduction in warranty problems by finding root cause of oil leaks in shock absorbers.

Responsibilities: Process and product release of alternator lines, parts inspection at CMM, equipment calibration KPI line reports, employee training, responsible of online root cause analysis. Achievements: Startup of plant, reduction of 40% line stoppages through analysis of the main contributors and control of Chinese plastic components, Approval processes with Japanese customers on site.
