Responsibilities: Contribute to the construction of cultural traits, consolidating the culture of human company as well as the promotion of well – being, through the search for excellence, leadership of a large group over 3 facilities, in functions that range from selection, evaluation and supplier development, Advance Quality Engineering for new products, process and product monitoring strategies, Six Sigma strategy, as well as attention to customer complaints, development, calibration and purchasing of measuring equipment and deployment of root cause analysis tools.

Achievements: I have been part of the creation of a culture that focuses primarily on the person, promoting manufacturing with purpose, with the support of other areas I have promoted deployment in my team, around 60% have reached a higher academic degree, 80% of the vacancies in the area have been filled internally in the same way we have achieved a positive trend of internal and external PPMS for seven consecutive years, promoting the solution of problems through basic and advanced tools such as 6S, I have promoted the decentralization of the functions of the area such as inspection, problem solving, non- conforming product etc. We have implemented sophisticated test and inspection Equipment which make us be at the same level as any company in CROWN, we achieve a honorable mention in the 2013 national quality award.

Achievements: Implementation of the part approval process in a systemic manner in the Mexico Plant, implementation of releasing process, 40% reduction in warranty problems by finding root cause of oil leaks in shock absorbers.

Elimination of inspections at customer plants which had several years though statistical analysis to find root cause. Achievements: Start as an operator in a company in US, and to be promoted to supervisor, 30% increase in production per hour in my team, Recognize of 0 accidents in 2 consecutive years. Responsibilities: Process and product release of alternator lines, parts inspection at CMM, equipment calibration KPI line reports, employee training, responsible of online root cause analysis. Achievements: Startup of plant, reduction of 40% line stoppages through analysis of the main contributors and control of Chinese plastic components, Approval processes with Japanese customers on site.
