*Architectural, Interior design and concept on renovation works which includes also, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire protection (MEPF) scope of works. 2. Project incharge of MEPF works for the following projects listed below;

* ACE Medical Center, located @ Natalio B. Bacalso Ave., Brgy. Basak Pardo, Cebu City Scope of works: Mechanical - Aircon units installations, ducting and piping works including making shop drawings and detailings for the said works.

* 88th Avenue Condotel & Commercial Complex, located @ Gov. M. Cuenco, Cebu City, Cebu

Scope of work: Mechanical, Plumbing & fabrication works that includes making shop drawings and detailings for Aircon units and copper piping installations. Plumbing piping installations and fabrication and installations of staircase ang balcony railings.

*HM Tower located @ W. Geonzon Street, Cebu IT Prk, Cebu City. Scope of work: Fire protection system and Plumbing works that includes making shop drawings and detailings for the installations of fire protections systems and pipings.
