Establish, maintain, and track safety programs relevant to the site, which includes, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Lockout/Tag out, Forklift Operations, and Incident Investigation.

Ensure all safety training and refresher courses are executed for the required person and update safety passport.

Ensure all Personnel Safety training, H2S/BA, PTW, Fire & Safety watches, Security training, are completed and necessary valid certificates are available at the site.

Prepare weekly KPI reports and every week conduct meetings by booking all dept. Manager Calendar also every month share report on the global matrix.

Give HSE KPI target to each contractor and rewarded them every year on their performance.

Well versed with mechanical tools tackles and can inspect the tool box or tool.

Attends daily progress/planning meetings as advised by Company personnel.

Review and update Emergency Procedures as and when necessary.

To conduct surveys and audits to identify and minimize the risk to the company and employees.

To ensure first aid room is always convenient and staff nurse is available at all times.

Develop and execute activities and campaigns communicated by the corporate center that are related to health and safety.

Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.

Provide support to the dept. on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. OSHA, OHSAS 18001:2007 LAC, etc.
