CEO of non-profit group assisting and consulting 4,000+ non-profit pastors and city leaders to build and increase their organizational capacity to help others. Oversaw and developed church’s worldwide operations. Collaborated with lead pastor and financial officer to develop annual operating plan integrated with church’s comprehensive operations strategy. Managed staff, vehicles, real estate and facilities.

Managed staff of 52, fleet of 62 vehicles in a $5 million organization with over $9 million in real estate and vehicle assets.

Managed restructuring of operating budget of $8 million.

Managed all staff and logistics for warehouse with 42 staff, 22 leasehold clients, 16 vehicles, 6 warehouse buildings (including one ten story and two four story buildings), and a small towing company.
