FOUNDER / CEO (2018 to Present)

CEO of non-profit group assisting and consulting 4,000+ non-profit pastors and city leaders to build and increase their organizational capacity to help others. Use resources to promote organizational development by revitalizing the organization to their city and the world, raising money for training, buildings, equipment, staff, and vision, and reaching out to the world through consulting, training, and associated materials.

Formulated concepts for events, trips, outreach initiatives, and fundraising. Led staff of 52 in organizing city events, conducting outreach initiatives and contacting church leaders and non-profit organizations as part of event organization.

Managed 54 all city events, and organized over 165 leaders on teams for US and Overseas trips.

Senior Lead on Community Missions – conducted 28 local, community, and international outreach initiatives representing 185 non-profit organizations and churches, engaging over 65,000 people in Detroit, Nicaragua, and India.

Directed media team of 8 full time members, including 5 full time video editors. Managed technical components of all programming, including sound, screens, lights, video and streaming. Oversaw and developed church’s worldwide operations. Collaborated with lead pastor and financial officer to develop annual operating plan integrated with church’s comprehensive operations strategy. Managed staff, vehicles, real estate and facilities.

Managed staff of 52, fleet of 62 vehicles in a $5 million organization with over $9 million in real estate and vehicle assets.

Managed facilities with 230,000 sq. ft. meeting and office complex, plus a small gymnasium.

Provide executive direction to a global, faith-based humanitarian organization dedicated to serving 150-180,000 at risk children throughout New York City, various other urban centers, and rural communities in the United States and five countries. Managed restructuring of operating budget of $8 million.

Assisted MWCF in financial reorganization, strategic projects, real estate negotiation, staff conflict resolution, and team building.

Led team in specifying executive staff reorganization comprising office and staff relocation.

Western Storage and Warehouse, Detroit, Michigan

OWNER / CEO (1992-2003)

Managed all staff and logistics for warehouse with 42 staff, 22 leasehold clients, 16 vehicles, 6 warehouse buildings (including one ten story and two four story buildings), and a small towing company. Oversaw all aspects of warehouse operations, including finance, marketing, contract negotiation, and sales.

Managed overall company budget, business and vendor operations. This included monitoring local and federal legal compliance, including documentation on profit and loss management and overall staff increase and sales revenue

Took company from deficit to profitability in two years by producing additional sales revenue of over $1.4 million prior to sale
