JOB RESPOSIBILITY

Working as Maintenance Engineer to achieve following targets.

Handling overall mechanical maintenance in RMS division and block division.

Handling roll unit and gear unit maintenance and repair for block mill.

Handling all types of Gear box maintenance and repair in rolling mill section.

(Increaser gear box, Reduction gear box, Pinion cum reduction gear box, Helical worm gear box)

To Carry out Day-To-Day General inspection of our operating heavy duty equipment to avoid machinery failure during operation & prevention of mat. Loss during process.

Monthly Shut down job planning. Predictive/ Proactive maintenance for Maximize Equipment Availability

(For Critical Equipments)

Manpower Controlling, Scheduling And Job Allocation.

Good knowledge in preparation of rolling set-up for different sizes according to mill capacity.

Maintenance and repair of hydraulic pumps (gear Pump, Vane pump and piston pump )

Maintenance and repair of water pumps ( centrifugal pump ).

Maintenance and repair of air compressor

Maintenance and repair of Hydraulic cylinders and valves.

Maintenance and repair of air Pneumatic cylinder.
