• Supervised planning, funding, and implementation of $1.5M medical equipment upgrades in 4 surgery suites. Developed $2.7M phased replacement plan to improve diagnostic and expeditionary medical capability.

• Managed $1.2M in medical equipment maintenance contracts, including the phasing of services to meet the ship’s schedule and the access and vetting of contractors.

• Upgraded the medical facility network architecture to include 3-D barcoding for tracking medical tools and equipment and implemented a card swipe patient tracking system.
