HR matters: giving advice on disciplinary procedures and correct naming convention for each case, providing guidance and the correct forms which should be used.

Hosting events: such as Harassment talks, substance abuse, women and child abuse, women rights, cultural diversity in the work place, financial guidance talks, positive self-image, free clinic day for the staff, as well as celebrate women's day, human rights, cultural heritage and farewells.

Hiring: Advertising jobs, interviews, onboarding, and post hiring interviews.

Training: of staff on different roles and responsibilities, provide training opportunities to improve current skills, learning new company policies and procedures, computer skills and other work related training.
