PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

●Done 15 days internship in the FOOD RESEARCH LABORATORY (Directorate of Forensic Sciences) Gandhinagar, From 1/02/2021 - 15/02/2021

- In this internship we have hands-on experience of Analytical instruments such as Gas chromatography, High performance liquid chromatography, ICP-MS. Also have learned about quality test of cereals and pulses, sugar, oil, flour. Had investigated food samples from different government suppliers godowns and also quality tested all the necessary parameters mentioned in their protocol.

Doing Project on “Detection of Poison in food and beverages” at NFSU:

Centre for Futuristic Defence Studies

- In this project my job is to develop an inexpensive, fool proof device which can detect poison in food and beverages. The base will be microfluidics and we are trying to cover poisons from four important groups. The developed device will be useful in the government sector, for military servants, for VVIP person security and for public sector.

• Doing Major Project on the Forensic Investigation of siderophores in soil

- In this project, my job is to examine soil from across the city area and differentiate it according to its diverse siderophores by qualitative examination through LCMS and ICP-MS.
