1.From Feb 2011 to Sep 2013 worked with New Swan Group [ISO 9001 :2008] as a HR & Admin.Executive .New Swan Group [ISO 9001 : 2008] was established in 1985 with an aim to meet the needs of both the present and future generations by promoting development that is technically appropriate and economically viable in the agricultural sector. We are also a leading manufacturer of agriculture machinery.

2.From September 2013 to April 2016 Worked with Kashmir Group of Companies (FMCG) as a Sr.HR & Admin. Executive. Kashmir group largest manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Natural Honey, Honey Products, Chips, Kurkure, Jams etc.

Role&Responsibilities:-

1. HR Activities:-

Compiling the 500 employee’s payroll data - such as hours worked, overtime, timesheets.

Salary preparation of Employees.

Maintained & updated Attendance and Leave records of employees.

Maintain & update all types of registers related to employees(i.e. deductions, fines, advances, leave)

Taking care of preparation of all HR letters and certificates (Offer letter, Appointment letter, Relieving letter, experience certificate etc.)

Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.

Handling Personnel records/documentation related with joining formalities.

Maintain records concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

Handling Rewards & Recognition.

Handling Employees Grievances.

Handling employee engagement activities on regular basis and ensuring participation of employees.

Setting up and maintaining an employee’s personnel files.

Involved in the performance review of staff.

Ensure that all divisional HR management reports and documents are updated.

Talent Acquisition

Screening of resumes to check for eligibility criteria and share inputs with concerned recruitment lead.

Scheduling and coordinating for interviews of HR and technical rounds with various business units. Conducting interview of candidates either face to face or telephonic rounds as required.

Updating recruitment database/ hiring trackers on a day to day basis and preparation of MIS reports.

Managing the end to end background verification process which includes coordinating with candidates and vendor to complete the verification process.

Ensuring completion of new joiners’ formalities & creation of employee personal files for new joiners.

Updating employee personal files for existing / resigned employees from time to time and as required such as confirmation letters, termination letters, resignation acceptances, f&f.

Core team member of introduction of new hires & briefing of access & HR work ways.

Employee Engagement:-

Celebrating Employees Birthday every month

Organizing Party and celebrations on various occasions like Diwali Holi,etc, Anniversaries and Farewell Parties, award system.

Compliance:-

Responsible for all statutory compliance under different acts which are applicable like, Ensure

timely deposit of statutory payments (PF, ESIC L/W, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory License renew,

Canteen Policy & other labour law. Taking care of filing returns of PF, ESIC etc

PMS Training and Development:

Preparing KRA sheet & KRA review sheet for employees in coordination with Heads.

Provides administrative and technical systems support to the departments pertaining to the annual evaluation process, HRIS, and general compensation.

Identification of training needs from appraisal data.

Preparation of Annual Training Calendar in concern with HOD

Implementing in-house / external training as per Calendar

Identifying external training vendors for technical/non-technical training.

Ensuring proper evaluation of training within 3 months

Preparing Monthly MIS reports.

2. Administration Work:- Handling all the admin functions –

Handling all types of bills like Mobile Bills, Stationery Bills, Electricity Bills, and Guest House Rent bills.

Bills verification, Bills certification, Follow up for Bills & forwarded to accounts dept. for payment.

Coordinating with vendors for day to day office requirement.

Search new vendors, compare their prices & then finalise best one out of all vendors.

Handling Petty cash & keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from Director.

Handling all type of Inventory – Stationery, housekeeping.

Procurement and issue of stationery to various dept. and maintain their proper records.

Maintain proper record of company assets (mobile phone, sim, laptops etc.) issued to employees.

Ensure general office maintenance like housekeeping, pest control, electrical and mechanical, space management, minor repairs (Carpentry, furniture, painting etc.).

Take care of reimbursement claims of personnel with proper checking of Travelling, Conveyance, Mobile Phone Expense bills etc,

Manage the entire office and its administrative functions efficiently.

Maintained & Updated proper records of Inward & outward materials.
