Duties: Working for the Michigan Finance Authority as part of a finance team facilitating all bond issuances for the state of Michigan. Working with the State Revolving Fund Program, Hospital and Higher Ed deals, Hospital Equipment Loan Program, Local Gov’t Loan Program, and co-lead with the Public-School Academy (PSA) State Aid Note Program. Duties include reviewing cash flows, audits, legal documentation such as official statements, indentures, bond purchase agreements, and other various bonding documents. Formulating credit due diligence on short term borrowing pool as part of a team assessing charter school borrowing capabilities. Preparing TEFRA documentation, website materials, memos, letters, governor packets and presenting bond deals before the Michigan Finance Authority Board.
