Pharmaceutical/manufacturing company based in Pretoria, where I was working hand in hand with the Stores department for
Stock management, handling, replenishment and distribution within the organization. I have an excellent understanding of
Buying, forecasting and planning. I have advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Drafting and editing procurement related contracts and agreements for goods and services
Monitoring contracts and agreements and facilitating the effective close out, extension or renewal of contracts and agreements
Prepare and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to discuss procurement contractual matters
Maintain all correspondence & documentation related to contracts and agreements
Collaborate with legal team and key stakeholders on contractual matters
Support Buyers and key stakeholders to develop and negotiate contract and agreements for goods and services

Manage out of stocks on a daily basis and ensure that they are kept as low as possible
