I have 3 years of experience in the field of Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Stock Management from a large

Pharmaceutical/manufacturing company based in Pretoria, where I was working hand in hand with the Stores department for

Stock management, handling, replenishment and distribution within the organization. I have an excellent understanding of

Buying, forecasting and planning. I have advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Compilation of tender documents i.e. ability to draft plans, policies, procedures and ensure that all mandatory documents are updated

Attend tender briefing meetings

Process quotations, tender extensions.

Drafting and editing procurement related contracts and agreements for goods and services

Monitoring contracts and agreements and facilitating the effective close out, extension or renewal of contracts and agreements

Prepare and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to discuss procurement contractual matters

Maintain all correspondence & documentation related to contracts and agreements

Collaborate with legal team and key stakeholders on contractual matters

Support Buyers and key stakeholders to develop and negotiate contract and agreements for goods and services

Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner

Update legal regulations to guarantee contracts and agreements are complaints.

Stock Maintenance: (Stores)

Manage out of stocks on a daily basis and ensure that they are kept as low as possible

Management of stock & process

Ensure all stock is binned

Manage Negative stock lists

Management of Stock adjustments within company parameters

Management of the FEFO function and adherence by employees

Management of Damaged and Expired stock
