Responsibilities
Recruitment & Joining Process : -
Initiating employee joining formalities & maintaining employee files. Custodian of Employee File Management system & Updating in SAP.
Preparing and maintaining recruitment files. Assigning employee ID s to new recruits.
Maintaining and updating personal file log sheets & Validating the Discrepancies in Documents.
Initiating approval process to the concern Project for gate pass formalities.
Coordinating with stores department for issuance of PPE s and other required tools.
Obtaining employee s signature on the employment contract at the time of joining.
Coordinating with Training section to facilitate employee induction.
Arranging salary advance for new joinees & Forwarding joining forms to Accounts Department to process salary payment.

Visa Stamping & Leave Administration Process : -

Followups with the passport section for visa stamping completion.
