EXPERIENCE:
March 2019 to Present: General Atomics-ASI, Poway, CA
Receive in retrograde parts for the MQ-1 and MQ-9 Reaper drone from military installations and
company sites. Identify incoming parts by part and serial numbers for induction into
work site systems such as GOLDesp. Review disposition lists to properly manifest
parts to other company buildings for repair and perform location changes for parts to
go to storage or scrap. Unload shipping trailers and flat bed trucks and input tracking
information into local databases. Use of heavy machinery such as forklifts, stand up
forklifts, and order pickers only a daily basis.
January 2011 to February 2019: Aviation Supply Department, NAS Lemoore, CA
I provide customer service both walk-in and on the phone to all customers needing supply
assistance. I verify customer’s supply orders using Naval Aviation Logistics Command
Management Information System (NALCOMIS). I am computer literate and experienced with
utilizing several office machines such as Copier and Scanner. I perform administrative tasks such
as filing, typing, organizing and preparing routine correspondences and reports. I perform work
in a wide range of systematized supply operations, such as performing records functions in
inventory, storage, cataloging, and receipt and control processes. I work with military supply
system programs. I review data sources to obtain or correct stock numbers or to find
authorized substitutes for stock items.
Contacts customers, transportation units, and others to obtain material status information, follow
up on urgently required items, and/or expedite delivery of material to work sites. Process
documentation for stock item receipts, maintain such items in a supply room or similar storage
area, issue material to shop or work center personnel, keep local stock records, and perform
related stock receipt, storage, control, and issue functions for expendable and non- expendable
items for a local organization. Identify requirements and requisition, issue, or distribute office
and administrative supplies, forms, publications, or other printed materials; maintain an accurate
accounting and reporting system for non-expendable property and perform standardized
property management control processes. Operates computer terminals to perform records
search, data input and corrections, order supplies and update status on parts on order and
awaiting deliveries to the squadrons. Currently holds a security clearance.
September 2010 to January 2011: Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market, Fresno, CA; 559-***-****; Responsible for stocking, inventory, pricing of merchandise. Assist customers with requested service with price check, operating self help cash registers and bagging groceries. Provides customer service for both walk ins and telephone call requests for information regarding products and other information about the company.
December 2009 to May 2010: Warehouse Support Clerk; Walmart, La Porte, TX;
Trained and operated various warehouse heavy machinery such as forklifts, power jacks and other equipment, building of furniture and other consumer products that requires assembly daily. Provided customer service for both phone calls and walk in ensuring customers are well informed of products purchased and offered my contact information should further assistance is needed. Responsible for organizing and stocking of products and delivery of merchandise as requested from the main store. Responsible for inventory of merchandise and overall clean up of the warehouse.
August 2006 to November 2009: Recreation Aide; Naval Air Station Lemoore Gymnasium;
Provide customer service to all gymnasium customers. Responsibility includes, checking of I.D. cards making sure that only eligible customers are accessing the facility, front desk service assistance to gym customers, handing out towels and sports equipment, scheduling of courts and other sports related events per customer request. Provide customer assistance to both walk in and phone calls. Responsible for maintenance of the gymnasium, including upkeep of all equipment ensuring all equipment are clean and in proper working condition and periodic check of the facility for cleanliness. Assist customers with locker contracts and rentals as well as providing information for sports events inquiries. Skill in dealing face to face with all rates and ranks of active and retired military personnel and their family members; exercising tact, diplomacy, courtesy, and patience in sometimes tense and challenging situations.
OTHER INFORMATON:
Excellent customer service skills. Always willing to learn. Fast learner. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel and Power point). Familiar with usage of FAX machine, copy machine, multi telephone lines. Able to type over 40 wpm and basic knowledge of computer system and program installations. Currently holds SECRET clearance.
