Working with Wartsila India Ltd from Aug 2008 to June 2019 as Solution Expert for SAP CS Module (Customer Service) till date.

Maintaining the data in SAP for our external and internal customers regarding the equipment’s/warranty details, customer data as per the requirement.

9+ years of SAP CS Functional consulting experience, covering 8 projects in which 1 has End to End Implementations and 7 SAP Data migration 3rd Level support.

Processing Installations Master Data - Creation and maintenance of Installation Master data, Maintaining responsible partners and Wartsila screen of installations, Maintaining of SFL (for Hierarchy purpose) Scrapping of Installations, Duplication of installations Marking Flag as Deletion.

Query SE16 table, SQ01, SQVI (IL08/IL02/IL03)

Processing Equipment’s Master Data - Creation and maintenance of Equipment Master Data, Scrapping of equipment’s, Duplication of equipment’s, Linkages to installations.IE08/IE02/IE03.

Maintaining warranty details. Creating service order/notification in SAP.

Processing Customer Master - Creation & Maintenance of different types of accounts like owner, operator sold to, ship to, bill to and payer, Closing of Accounts, Maintaining Linkages, Extension, Blocking & Deletion of Accounts, Creation and maintenance of Terms of payments using t- codes OBB8 and OBB9, Updating the Partner functions.XD01/XD02/XD03

Reports - Sending CRM and Quality report on a weekly basis for effective defect tracking and reporting purposes, providing report of Call log and Daily Utilization report on a weekly basis to DGM.

MSBI/Qlik view/Power Bi Quality Report, Cleansing Deviation Report.

I was nominated by the Company to undergo onsite Project at Finland as a Team lead.

Project was on Automation of data directly to SAP from InfoPath forms using RPA (Robotics process Automation) process and also done value stream mapping for the data process. Also attended workshop in Finland with End-user’s from different countries to streamline the process of Automation.
