Skills

●I have skills in the areas of communication as I have done several courses to build these skills, leadership: I have been team leader for a seminar production team.

●I have skills in efficiently baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes, prepping various items for baking, working with gum paste, pastiage, making fondant from scratch, baking cakes, cookies, scones, bread, chocolates and some candies such as taffy, fudge, nougat, pate de fruit, chocolate decorative work, toffee, some experience making sugar sculptures.

●I have completed classes in Culinary as well and have excellent knife skills for prepping and preparing dishes.

●I have some computer skills I am familiar with some excel spreadsheets and can type letters.

●Great office skills can answer phones, make copies and file paperwork.
