I was a site Engineer in the project, my responsibility is to achieve my daily and monthly targets as well as dealing with the Clint ( consulting inspection ), ROP if needed, local people and the quality of work, workers.
Volume of the project is 109 m RO.

Fishery Harbour at Seeb/ Muscat.
Employer: Galfar Engineering and contracting-L.L.C Work details:
The project involves construction of a fishing harbour with two breakwaters between 450 m-600 m length each. The projects also include a 100 m long quay wall for berthing small fishing vessels. I was the site engineer, I was responsible for precast core-locks for the breakwaters, taking care of everything at the precast yard of the core-locks such as quality of the work, workers, equipment and the inspection requests.

-Rock fill 310,000Cum.
-The volume of the project was 21m USD.

Work details:
Construction of sewage treatment plant and sewage network at Alburaimi. I was responsible for overall construction team management at site, taking care of two crews. Each crew consisted of technicians, equipments operators, helpers, foremen and chargehand at site to execute excavation of trenches to distribute DI400mm,Upvc pipes along with manholes and house connection chambers, backfilling the trenches with good quality of compaction, dealing with consultant’s inspection requests and to make sure that the work carried out as per company standards, specification with HSE requirements to achieve my daily – monthly target. Work details:
Construction of 4 elevated tanks 34m height & distribution of water line network for 16km. My responsibility was supervising two construction teams at different sites location. Each crew consists of foremen, charge hands, operators, technicians and helpers at site to do excavation of trenches to lay HDPE or DI pipes, welding the pipes, backfilling the trenches with good quality of compaction, dealing with consultant’s inspection requests and to make sure that the work carried out as per company standards, specification with HSE requirements to achieve daily-monthly target.
