Job Responsibilities at Ekam Foundation- Mumbai
Responsible for implementation of the project and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, government officials, partner NGO’s and other local organization.
Weekly reports of the projects progress, school’s session and also action plan for the same.
Connect & coordinate between schools, volunteers, partner NGO’s, corporate and government authorities and teammates for smooth functioning & successful execution of the program.
Responsible for training the volunteers and aligning the resources at various locations where projects will be implemented.
Assisting in Fund Raising & Beneficiaries get together event.
Data collection, data entry, data analysis and report writing to communicate it to the respective authorities.
Responsible for conducting sessions to impart the awareness in schools.
Hospitals visit and Beneficiaries Home visit for follow up purpose.
Collecting feedback forms of sessions conducted from the teachers, volunteers, NGO’s etc. and communicating it to the respective authorities.

Special Achievements:
In the year of 2016-17 at Ekam Foundation my colleagues and I conducted more than 1000 sessions on personal hygiene in more than 250 public and private schools. Our team was honored by senior officers. Also, I systematically completed pre-test reports on sexual abuse and personal safety education for children. For this my superiors honored me.
Under my leadership in the slum sections of Mankhurd at Magic Bus India Foundation 2,500 children and 150 youths organized various social events like rallies, cultural programs, sports etc. on various topics & social causes. Due to this, all these children were connected with the organization.
