Major Duties:

Managerial Responsibilities:

Work with the outlet chefs in the area of cuisine, menu planning & design for the various outlets/Banquets.

Ensure through regular monitoring of GSTS and feedback, prompt, efficient and accurate service to all guests.

Conduct regular meetings with the team and constantly monitor guest complaints, compliments and suggestions.

Assist the food and beverage Manager in organizing food festivals and developing guest loyalty and retention programmers.

Review the monthly profit and loss statement for various outlets and assist the outlet supervisors in implementing the approved budget, monitoring revenue and costs on a daily basis and assist in taking corrective action.

Ensure that all the operational standards set for all the equipments & processes are followed.

Maximize F&B profitability by implementing the cost containment strategies for all the outlets.

Conduct refresher-training programmes for the staff and guide the new members of the department.

Maintain regular contacts with corporate and individual customers, and build strong relationships with them.

Stay informed about local, national and international best practices/trends in food service, interior design, technology and entertainment in F&B.

Ensure that the department procures the best quality raw material and cost effective equipment.

Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources. Continuously delight the customer by offering trend setting and innovative products and services.
