Prepare pump sizing calculations. Design Flow Solutions Software used for pressure loss calculations. Excel was used to plot pump and system curves, and adjust pump curve per centrifugal pump affinity laws when motor speed (rpm) changed.

Prepared chemical dispersion stack sizing calculation. As well as equipment selection, stack air sampling and monitoring selection, piping and instrumentation diagrams, flow diagrams, and construction and procurement specifications. Used excel spead sheet to calculate pressure loss and velocity using ASHRAE Fundamentals. Excel XY scatter chart used to plot fa and system curve.

Prepare unlisted component calculation to demonstrate hoses proposed for use qualify as B31.3 piping components. Prepare several design change packages, pump and piping data sheets for H-Tank Farm piping and HVAC systems.
