Design and Development of Portable Ventilator
(August, 2020 to Present)
• Low cost, very easy to maintenance, transportable, control by mobile phone.
• Portable ventilator manufacture by using 3D printer.
• Laser cutting technology, 3d Cad model, Ansys
Analysis is used for this project.
Model on Stirling Engine with crank drive mechanism
(December, 2016 to April, 2017 )
• Stirling engine is a heat engine that operates by cyclic compression and expansion of air or other gas (the working fluid) at different temperatures.
• Such that there is a net conversion of heat energy to mechanical work.
• The heat energy source is generated external to Stirling engine rather than by internal combustion as with the Otto cycle or Diesel cycle engines.
Experimental set up of heat transfer through lagged pipe
(June,2017 to May, 2018 )
• Lagging of pipe is used to prevent leakages of heat.
• It used in large industries to stop heat leakage.
• Lagging is a special type of insulation fitted around water pipes.

• We observed various mega kitchens in India such as, Sri Sai Sanathan Prasadalaya, Akshya Patra, and Dharmathala Manjunath Temple etc.
• Also make review of technologies used for cooking in mega kitchen. ACHIEVEMENTS
• Bagged 1 position in Bhairavi event (group dance competition) in (February, 2016).
