Daily inventory counts of lumber and springs to maintain low inventory and JIT, next day.

Ensure the cost effectiveness of the production process. Control use of raw materials, ensure unnecessary waste, utilize of labour effectively, preventing excessive labor hours.

Recruit, interviews and makes selection recommendations. Provide initial and on-going training and evaluation to assigned production personnel related to job duties and performances expectations.
