Beside other tasks my responsibilities were:

I had been assigned for commissioning, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis associated with Instruments of different areas during normal operation, shutdowns and special assignments.

I have worked on world-renowned DCS named DeltaV 11.3 ver, troubleshoot initiators and PID loops changing of PV, SV & MV tuning also overwrite programs and reset DCS system.

Servomex 2500 analyzer calibration routine PM & CM as per scheduled of O2, Co2 & N2 Gases.

Installation, program upload & download with PG simatic software & RS logix 500 also fault diagnostic in program real time. Familiarization PLC Modules such as Analog I/O & Digital I/O cards, Relay cards, Interfacing modules, Processor units SCL 500 Allen Bradley and Siemens series S7-400 & 500, able to understand ladder logic.

Carry out point to point and multipoint level measurement in X96 microcomputer based according to Radioactive Cesium 137 single beam and dual beam source holder also PMT & its amplification electronics card which is placed in stack fault diagnostics with calibration tools.

Loop testing as pre Mod of installation of control valve or transmitter and verify by DCS operating system.

Testing, Maintenance and overhaulling of Gas Gensets like 2k, 4k and 6k after running hours also fault diagnos and troubleshoot. Keep Alternator checks on workshop against of line voltages and current dropback.

Maintaine cooling and heating effect of engine cycle, as per routine change lube oil filters, pre lube circuit and jacket water circuit.

Maintenance, commissioning and calibration of pressure transmitter, DP type transmitters, Flow transmitters (vortex type, magnetic type, turbine type), Temperature transmitters ( 2wire, 3 wire, 4 wire RTD and thermocouple) and level transmitters (Bubbler type, radioactive type & displacer type).

Commissioning, Loop testing and troubleshooting of field instruments also interfacing with DCS operating system.

Perform Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown maintenance of field instrument.

Installation & Testing of Proximity Probe of Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring System (3300/3500) using TK3-II vibration gauging system.

Installation, Calibration & Simulating of Magnetic Flow Transmitters using Field Bus communicator HART 475, Simulator (Pulses generator) and Decade Box.

Calibration, maintenance, and overhauling of Control Valves & Shut-Off Valves.

I/P & P/I Converter Installation and Calibration.

Getting work permit from concerned department according to working criteria.

Diagnose problems using P&ID, ELD, ILD, Flow Diagram and other related materials.

Check and Record all activities related to daily job on MAXIMO.
