I am a PA to the director of the company and his father, I also manage the work sections and assist with running the business. I am the right hand man to my employer and make sure the company runs smoothly when the boss is not around. I am excellent in following instructions and can make capable and responsible decisions when necessary. I do our licensing of vehicles, I have import and export knowledge and have done imports of about 50 vehicles from the UK and Zimbabwe. I have export knowledge. I have dealt with ITAC, NRCS, NATIS and have knowledge and relationships with these institutions. I wish to learn more about import and exports. I deal with our HR, employee relations, wages, salaries and payments. I assist with administration, I deal with all our customer requests and relationships and build good relationships with customers and suppliers, keeping them updated and pleased throughout the restoration process. I do invoicing to customers, I assist the book keeper if needed. I create and maintain suitable Checklists for different sections of work. I am in charge of the day to day planning and maintenence of workshops and ensuring that jobs are done. I do driving and collecting of stock and vehicles when necessary. I do quality control and checks on vehicles and tools in different stages of restoration, I am especially good with final body preparation checks and fault finding. I assist in assembly and stripping tasks if I need to, I can make plans and organize well in most situations and can always come up with an idea if we have a problem in assembly or any work station of the restoration process. I have mechanical knowledge. I test drive vehicles and can diagnose problems to help mechanics and deliver a perfectly running vehicle. I have stock control experience. I created a stock control system to assist with the daily stock. I order stock, I manage stock all on a manual basis. I have business management experience. I can work hard, I can stay organized and work under pressure. I am creative and have designed pamphlets, advertising, marketing and apparel. I have events organization skills as well. I am willing to learn new skills and have a hunger for new knowledge and skills.
