JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. MAGNETIC FAAC INDIA PVT LTD: - FRONT OFFICE- ADMIN

As Front Desk, Admin:

Welcome visitors in person, answering or referring inquiries

Answering multiple phone lines, taking messages and directing calls

Facilitating the meeting room bookings

Maintaining Inward and Outward courier database in excel.

Maintaining Stationary and Housekeeping Materials.

Arranging Business Card, and ID Cards for the employees. Managing AMC of UPS and AC Yearly.

Maintaining Airtel Phone bills and tracked through excel and submitting those to finance team.

Preparing Offer Letter, Reliving Letter and Salary Breakups.

Before closing the attendance, the finance part such as PF, ESI, gross, Net take home are verified with the sheet provided by HR.

In and out register for employees and being tracked through excel sheet.

Employees Overtime data are being obtained and ensure they are validated with the leave balance which are being tracked.

Tracking the expense incurred for flight and bus charges and ensure tickets are being booked in timely manner so employees can get this reimbursed by submitting claim to financial team.

Maintaining Food Management in Excel.

New Employees joining formalities are being taken care and also taking are of the people who comes to interview as well.

Maintaining Employees Attendance in Excel.

2.DATATRACKS SERVICES LIMITED: - EXECUTIVE ADMIN

As Front Desk:

Welcome visitors in person, answering or referring inquiries.

Take notes and prepare minutes of board meetings.

Answering phone calls, taking messages and handling customers.

As Admin:

Handling huge cash management and bank transactions.

Handle general accounting of the members in my department.

Reporting to the finance manager on the following activities.

Track the daily attendance of the employees. Maintain Monthly MIS Reports.

Preparing Cheques, Hotel and Cab Booking.

Verification of Bills payable, Preparation of Payment voucher and accounting.

Convey the Policies and rules to the employees.

Maintain the records of employees and personnel files

Make the coordination with various departments.

Daily status report to the next level management.

4.SUN TELEVISION NETWORK: - ADMINISTRATION

Routing the calls to the concerned team responsible for the issues for telecasted programs and technical management.

Preparing documents on the latest update on daily basis which will be telecasted to the Sun news channels.

Responsible for call audits which is being received to the tele-caller’s team.

Preparing status reports for the list of calls that is successfully resolved for FTF.
