Position of work: Senior Accountant Cum HR Executive Ensure that billing of goods and services, accounts receivables and accounts payable are followed up and executed on a timely basis.

On daily basis to check Daily sale report (DSR) for all sales team and coordinates with them regarding the due payment and new order requirement. Preparation of bank reconciliation statement.

Vendor account reconciliations.

Maintenance of Books of Accounts (Files and Ledgers). Verification and processing of vendor invoices.

Preparing various account reports on a monthly basis. Assisting in bank related work.

Coordination of audit work.

Survey report/liaising with vendors, as and when required Maintain monthly records for provisioning of employee end service benefits (gratuity), leave salary, and leave travel.

Monthly report on Company GSM bill & pass necessary entries. Managing inventory, stocks and book keeping.

Monthly payroll and salary sheets.

Monthly payment for PASI, utilities, rental cheques and reconciliation with books. HR functions including maintaining proper personnel records and keeping such information confidential.

Preparing/updating HR policies, as and when required Managing leaves and attendance, handling official travel ticket bookings, as and when required.

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, bonus, Incentive, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

Customer payable and receivable aging report.

Customer account maintain and invoicing.

Maintain up-to-date billing system of Project’s receivables. Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.

Preparation of various reports for senior management (Advances, Retention & Aging). Complete month end posting before closing calendar date. Assist in finalization of accounts

Processing Cheques /Telegraphic Transfers to the vendors on due date and update the bank position report on daily basis.
