JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• SWOT, analyzing of project supplied by the client.
• Checking project planning w.r.t site condition.
• Looking after fabrication of structure member, piping and rings which includes marking, cutting, bending, fitting and welding with finishing work and to clarify from quality dept’ after required Dye penetration testing, Ultrasonic testing or radiographic testing.
• Reviewing drawings, layouts & technical specifications for erection & commissioning of the work.
• Co-ordination and close progress monitoring with contractor to achieve the required target.
• Giving technical support to all erection contractors during erection activity.
• Meeting with contractor with respect to Progress and give them the target and discussing about other issue, making MOM and send to department manager.
• .Co-ordination with Contractor in order to inform about the urgent activity and push to complete in time.
• Alignment, assembly, leveling, erection and final submission of alignment report duly by us and quality dept.
• Well acquainted with various welding procedures like SMAW, FCAW and GTAW. Well acquainted with workshop fabrication and site erection procedure, Material Specifications and Drawings.
• Allocation of resources with includes man power, material and machinery with available front. Scheduling, planing and tracking of material & machinery.
• Monthly billings pass to all contractors according to erection and proper alignment to fabricated material.
• Preparing monthly report (Manpower & Progress) and send to our head office.
• Making of erection scheme in the duration of heavy erection.Credible for Project progress monitoring whether it is as per schedule or any slippage on weekly and monthly basis and recommendation of corrective action to higher management.
• Organizing and managing resources while creating, work breakdown structure, Project plan, organizations structure & schedule, idetifying risks within defined scope, quality,time and cost constraints and arrange for procurement of material. ACADEMIA
