SWITCHBOARD DUTIES (6 MONTHS)
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Transfer calls to relevant extensions, take and convey messages.
• Ensure that the switchboard is manned at all times that clients.
• Assist with asset verification when necessary
NUTRITION DUTIE (6 MONTHS)
• Handling incoming and outgoing call.

• - capture the information of clients applying for a policy be it an Investment, Funeral or Life Cover policy.
• - Working with brokers bringing in clients and make follow ups for them until policies are approved.
• - Remind brokers of any missing or outstanding information and documents.
• - Follow up with nurses if the medical tests of clients are delayed in case of a Life Cover.
• - Answering and making telephone calls.
• - Make photocopies, faxing documents and scan and email documents.
• - Follow up with an underwriter if an application is not approved (within agreed Service Level Agreement)
