o Grew the Vodafone DSA footprint from 15 to 80 DSA agents and 3 sub segments hence increased revenues to

over 500k a month within the first 7 months.

o Set up the DSA channel with 15 staff members generating revenues of 60k.

o Recruitment, training, setting of targets and managing P&L.

o Planned and implemented sales strategies based on demography and income-based segments.

o Created and implemented end to end operational process for the channel.

SALES MANAGER, (MAY 2012 – NOV 2014)

The 2nd staff to be recruited in the start-up phase of the company. As the only Franchise partner of Vodafone Qatar, my

responsibilities of setting up the entire retail channel were as follows.

o Identify locations based on market segments and negotiate rents and conditions.

o Recruit, train, develop and manage retail staff.

o Create and implement processors and procedures. Maintain operational excellence.

o Set Targets, create effective commission and incentive structures.

o Maintain Vodafone brand image and customer satisfaction index benchmark. Net promotor score (TNPS)

o Manage and maintain a positive and productive relationship with the Vodafone.
