Working as Operational Manager and Handling all chicken processing plant activities- Production and planning, maintenance, logistic, waste management etc., chicken processing plant capacity of 3000 Birds per Hour and CFS fully automatic breaded line 600 kg per hour with JBT IQF, Total manpower of more than 400 Peoples, Major customers are Indian Army, KFC, ITC, TFS, Spencer etc.

Worked as General Manager and responsible for loss and profit.

In April 2014 we started chicken and Mutton dressing plant installation and commissioning work at Bhandgaon, Tal Daund, Pune, sound knowledge of set up of Chicken and Mutton Processing Plant.

In October 2014 we started chicken processing 1000 BPH.

In December 2014 we launched 16 chicken value added items at Pune like Sausages, Salami, Kebab, Breaded items etc. and we got good response from retail sector, then we launched at Mumbai and then most parts of India.

Same month we started Chicken Fresh and Frozen Tray pack and we got excellent response from retail counters.

Introduced improvements in business strategies based on customer feedback.

Expanded business along with the respective market share for the firm.

Played key role in company initiatives for developing new projects for future use.
