• Set up initial site as Site Coordinator for client, Citi Group, including network, servers, switches, insertion machines, operating systems, and controllers

• Provided Beta on site 3rd-Party support for Wellmark BCBS, second successful acquisition of competition’s onsite maintenance of products in the US.

• Maintained commercial mailing equipment for Bell & Howell, Pitney Bowes, Standard Register, and PTI 92 bin Sorter, assuring success of 3rd-party support initiative.

• Onsite Maintenance for Pitney Bowes client SourceCorp, maintaining 11 to 16 commercial mailing systems, various peripheral equipment, integrating new equipment and technologies, and training client in use.

• Pitney Bowes DMT clients are commercial mailers, they receive print files from their clients, printing to paper, processing them by high speed mailing machines, maintaining document set integrity, and applying the proper postage to each piece of mail and assuring that all pieces were processed.

• Ensured data for each client’s job was moved to database server down to piece level for accounting, billing and records legally required to be held for 3 to 7 years.

• Maintained all equipment after print, including all electromechanical computer controlled machines, network, workstations, barcode readers (OMR, 39, 2D), cameras, workgroup servers, database servers.
