Construction, Commissioning & Maintenance Work:

I am working as Senior Electrical Engineer in Tecnimont Pvt Ltd from Sep-2011 to Still Date totally 8 Years 3 Months Experience in Various Projects including UAE. I having a much experienced in Construction, Commissioning, Shutdown Maintenance Job, & Tie in Jobs. Currently I am working under ADNOC Refinery Projects, as a Subcontractor for New Crude Flexibility Project, located in Ruwais.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance:

Preparing the Schedule for Shutdown Works and to identify the Pre-shutdown activity.

While Plant Operation Monitoring the Peak Load of the transformer & Switchgears.

Ensuring the Permit before start the activity.

Spare material inventory list monitoring & suitable material ordering as per requirement before the shutdown activity start-up.

Monitoring the load current of each transformer and switchgears.

Obtain LOTO system before starting the maintenance work.

Battery & UPS charger monitoring on Daily Basis (any interruption or Tripping, & Acid Level).

HV Switchgear Voltage Fluctuation Recording and taking the right action to reduce the fluctuation.

Field Motor Winding Temperature, Bearing Temperature monitoring, Motor Speed & Noise Test.

Assigning a Group for Greasing of Pump and Motor bearing.

Field Lighting circuit fault identification & rectification.

Earth resistance value checking in certain period of interval. Construction

Also Preparing the Material Request and getting the Quotation from the vendor and to confirm the material specification’s meeting the project requirement & Finalising the Supplier and Evaluating the Technical Bid Document and generating the Purchase Order through our Procurement Team. Total Cost of the project value is $72 Million Dollar USD /-

As a Construction Point of View, recruiting a competent person through the interview and assigning the job in a right position and monitoring his performance through the progress achievement. As a Senior Engineer I monitoring a weekly progress and Monthly Progress achievement against the Planned Qty and I getting a good Productivity in my Project.

Scope of this project Erection of the transformer 44 No’s, Generator- 4No, &Testing, Commissioning of the transformers and generators Total Steel erection of this project is -76 Ton & Cable Laing of HV, LV & control Cables-2283 KM & PA System, Fire Alarm & Smoke Detection. Also Commissioning Activity for Smooth start up.

2) Al-Dabbiya Surface Facilities Phase III CENTRALISED PROCESS PLANT.

(26-May-2017 to 2-May-2019)

Total Cost of the project value is $69 Million Dollar USD /-. Scope of this project included Main Process Plant & 15 No Onshore Clusters and 6 Power Skid and Water Wells.

Major scope of the Project Erection of the transformer 64 No’s, Generator- 2No,

&Testing, Commissioning of the transformers and generators, 220/33kv GIS Erection & 15 no HV VSD Panel & VSD Transformer Erection, Bus Duct Erection & Total Steel erection of this project is - 89 Ton & Cable Laing of HV, LV & control Cables-2179 KM

&750 no’s on Motor Solo Run & Plant Commissioning with Vendor as a Assistance. Projects Handled in (INDIA):

3) BPCL IREP (Integrated Refinery Expansion Project), Kochin Refinery Phase III Project

Total Cost of the project value is $30 Million Dollar USD /-. Scope of this project included 5 Units, CDU – VDU, DHDT, VGO, DCU, FCCU. As a Senior Lead Engineer for DHDT Unit (DELAY COOKER HYDRO TREATING UNIT) performed below scope of work.

Major scope of the Project Erection of the transformer 52 No’s, &Testing, Commissioning of the transformers, 4 no HV VSD Panel & VSD Transformer Erection, Bus Duct Erection & Total Steel erection of this project is - 92 Ton & Cable Laing of HV, LV & control Cables-1522 KM Light Fixture installation around -5400 no’s &520 no’s on Motor Solo Run & PA system installation & Commissioning, also Plant pre- Commissioning with our Testing Team.

4) 1200 MEGA WATTS DGEN MEGA POWER PLANT SIEMENS GERMENY. DAHEJ, GUJARATH (1st August 2013 to 31st December 2014)

Total Cost of the project value is $42 Million Dollar USD /-. Scope of this project included 3 x 400 MW Power Plant.

The Main Source of the Power Plant is GAS by using this GAS Turbine & Steam Turbine Generators a Power and it is transmitted to the Grid System, I am as a Senior Lead Engineer for One Unit -503 performed below scope of work. Major scope of the Project Erection of the transformer 2 No’s, &Testing, Commissioning of the transformers, & IPBD Bus Duct Installation,& Cable Laing HV, LV & control Cables of around 700 Kilometres and also glanding termination of HV Motor, Dry Type Transformers and also Raising RFI and interacting with client to resolve the issues .and Earthing Work and Punch Point Closing.

5) Delay Cooker Unit (DCU), ONGC MRPL, Mangalore, Karnataka. 20th January 2012 to 31st May 2013

Total Cost of the project value is $15 Million Dollar USD /-. Scope of this project included DCU.

As a Lead Engineer for DCU Unit (Delay Cooker Unit) performed below scope of work. Major scope of the Project Erection of the transformer 12No’s, &Testing, Commissioning of the transformers, 2 no HV VSD Panel, & Total Steel erection of this project is - 51 Ton & Cable Laing of HV, LV & control Cables-400 KM Light Fixture installation around - 1800no’s &260 no’s on Motor Solo Run & PA system installation & Commissioning, also Plant pre-Commissioning with our Testing Team as a Team Work. 6) Cooker Hydro Treating Unit (CHTU), ONGC, MRPL, Mangalore, Karnataka.
