Changes in HR Manual. To draft new HR Policies & to make changes in existing policies as proposed by Group businesses to attune it to changes in business environment & requirement of staff & workmen at different locations as per legal compliance and as per concerns of Unit HR proactively for a pro employee work environment.

Employee Engagement. First Day celebrations on monthly basis. Annual celebration of open house, Annual day. Celebration, different festivals as per calendar year. Coordination and arrangements for annual sports event. To arrange health check – ups & health related awareness programs. To organize safety related awareness programs for First – Aid, Lift Safety, Preventive measures in case of Fire break – out.

CSR Coordination. Organized blood donation camps, donation of woollen clothes in association with NGOs. Tree plantation & facilitated adoption of saplings by resources. Donation of books & stationery at a nearby government school.

Vendor Management. For recruitment, Time Office attendance software, Payroll management. providing administrative support & to have a pipeline of vendors. Good at negotiation at the beginning & timely agreement renewal for both HR & admin service providers at minimum cost possible.

Payroll Management. Salary processing through outsourced partner. Time Office Management. Assisting employees in Salary and Provident fund related queries.

Employee Data Management. Maintaining employee data in HR Records & in SAP HR for policy compliance, internal & external audit & legal compliances.

Employee Communication. Managing & ensuring timely sharing of HR Related communication to all group companies for trainings, workshops, discussions for surveys and various initiatives & interventions through updates on intranet.

SAP. Successful transition to SAP for HR processes & admin related purchases for the corporate office. Training the team for adherence to the new processes & seamless transition to a lesser paper consuming system
