< Handle duties within Service, & Kitchen area in accordance with health,

hygiene and safety regulations.

< Supervise regular physical inventories of food & bar supplies and assess

projected needs; ensure all food & bar supplies are ordered as required

for daily operations.

< Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery of service quality

norms by interacting with guests, handle guests' requests & resolving

complaints.

< Execute policies & procedures in the operating systems to achieve total
