CAREER OBJECTIVES:-

To be a partner in the growth of an Organization through application of my Technical skills & interpersonal skills that I have gained in the course of my academic pursuits as well as during my stint in the corporate world.

WORKING EXPERIENCE DETAILS:-

Presently working as a Post on Associate Manager (Mechanical) at Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, BALCO (vendor company vaaman engineers India limited) in Aluminium Casting Plant

in Korba (Chhattisgarh) for Maintenance of 'Wire Rod Mill (PROPERZI)' and 'Ingot Casting

Machine (BEFESA) Since September- 2018 to till date.

Now BALCO is a joint venture of GOVT. and VEDANTA.

I have worked in DCM Engineering Products Limited’ (Punjab) as a post on

‘Maintenance Executive’ in ‘Plant Engineering Departments’ for Maintenance of ‘Grey

Iron Foundry’ & in Forging division since January- 2017 to August - 2018.

I have also worked at Loramendi Group of Machines as ‘Area Incharge (Maintenance) .

I have worked in ‘Bhushan Steel Limited (Now TATA Steel BSL Limited) Sahibabad

(Ghaziabad) as a post on A.Engineer’ in ‘Mechanical Maintenance Department’

Since March-2011 to January-2017 in Cold Rolling Mill, Hot Dip Galvanizing Line,

Continuous Galvanizing Line, 4HI/6HI/20HI Rolling Mill, & Colour Coating Line etc.

I have also worked in Wet Flux Line, Cut-To-Length (C.T.L.) Line & Corrugation Line

in Bhushan Steel Limited, Sahibabad.

I have 01 Year working experience in Project, Line Modification and Erection & commissioning

Of Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) in the Steel Plant with CMI/FPE Limited.

CURRENT COMPANY PROFILE:-

Bharat Aluminum Company Ltd. (BALCO) is an Indian aluminium company. Balco was incorporated in the year 1965 as a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) and it was the Public sector until 2001, when it was taken over by Vedanta Resources, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. The Company has been closely associated with the Indian Aluminum Industry, in a pivotal role.

The development of special aluminium alloys for Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile Agni and Surface Missile Prithvi have been significant achievements of Balco. BALCO has been the first in the Indian Aluminium Industry to produce the Alloy Rods, which is a Feedstock for all Aluminium Alloy Conductors, very much needed for today s power transmission lines.

Major operations of BALCO are in the town of Korba (Chhattisgarh), whereas its mines supplying high grade Bauxite are situated at Kawardha and Mainpat.

Finishing lines are capable of producing high quality Ingots, Wire Rods, Billets, Busbars and Rolled products.

CURRENT WORKING AREAS & JOB PROFILE:-

Responsible for Plan & Execution of Preventative, Predictive, Corrective, Conditional, Breakdowns & Shutdown Maintenance of all kinds of Machines including Pumps, Air Compressors, EOT Cranes, Cooling Towers etc. for reducing delay time.

Ensure to conduct skill tests & training to staff for all activities related to Asset Optimization, VSAP Standards and other Audits.

To ensure and completion of work execution by Safety Work Permit System and by Isolation and LOTO-TO lock system for safety purpose.

Ensure Safety measures are consistently followed and take initiative to enhance acceptance of safety as a culture so as to achieve zero accidental level.

Regularly conduct Training sessions for the shop floor Technicians, Operators & Supervisors on correct methods of operations of machine & equipment by SMP/SOP & WI.

Maintenance of different sections in Wire Rod Mill as Casting Area, Bar Straightner Area, Cast bar Cooler Area, Roughing Mill Area, Finishing Mill Area, Rod after Cooler Area, Main Shear Area, Coiler Area etc.

Maximum utilization of 4M (Man, Machines, Methods and Materials).

Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports to the reporting authorities and the management.

Maintain requirement of Machines & Utility critical spare parts and other equipments for use of daily and preventive maintenance and follow up for the procurement.

Identify vendors for servicing and repairs & Monitor, verify and recommend bills of vendors.

Evaluation of costing & ROI calculation of major Mechanical equipments.

Ensure implementation of Quality and Safety requirements and Housekeeping & cleanliness maintaining of Plant.

Maintain and improve Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.

Identification of Critical Spares for plant, to ensure in house availability of spares and creating demand of the materials.

Maintaining Daily checklist and critical parameters of equipment to keep healthy equipment healthiness.

Root Cause Analysis, Documentation & Maintaining equipment history & Protocols.

Communication with client departments, customers and other engineering & production colleagues.

Basic knowledge of Mechanical related Hydraulic Units/Circuits and their Symbols.

Maintenance & Knowledge of different types of Hydraulic valves like as Pressure Relief valve,

Pressure Reducing valve, Directional Control valve, Check valve, Flow control valve etc.

Maintenance & Knowledge of different types of Hydraulic Pumps like as Piston Pump, Vane Pump

Gear Pump etc.

Maintenance & Knowledge about Hydraulic cylinders, Actuators, Hydraulic Motor, Hydraulic

Presses, Forging presses & Mechanical Presses etc.

Knowledge of Maintaining & repairing of parts from major Local & International brands such as

Rexroth, Moog control, Parker, Yuken, Bosch etc.

Maintenance & knowledge about different types Mobile equipments like as Forklifts, Cranes,

Pallet truck etc & ensure their regular CLTI as per checklist.

Ensure all implementation safety practices in the plant or site area.

Timely completion of scheduled maintenance activities in the plant or site.

Ensure the availability of hired units at the right time at the right place.

Leadership abilities to complete the maintenance & erection activities in the plant.

Helping the utility departments in identification of the right mobile equipments.

Ensure proper handover and takeover of jobs/tasks etc timely.

Meet the time and cost target of the assigned work area.

To increase Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) by developing Kaizen, Why-Why analysis & removed the problem from its Root Cause by doing Root Cause analysis & decrease Mean time to repair (MTTR).

Follow up preventive maintenance schedule & Routine check-up of the equipments as per there checklist.

Contribute in Quality Circle, TPM, 5'S, Kaizen & Poka-Yoke etc. activities in the plant.

Provide assistance and support in case of modification or up gradation of machines.

Ensure that the part drawing, currently in use, is correct and matching to the requirement.

Check the new part with original drawing.

Maintain daily Log-Book & clearly mention all details of breakdown with reasons.

Ensure proper documentation related to Maintenance Activities, ISO/TS-16949, EMS-14001 and OHSAS-18001.

Maintain & prepare the documents related to MTTR, MTBF, Break-down Delay & Spare-Cost of machines.

Maintain the critical spares, Material Indent, Reservation of material, Monthly costing, Purchase requisition order, pending item list, Stock overview etc. on SAP PM-Module.

Provide technical details to Purchase department for the procurement of parts.
