Ensured the structural integrity of large diameter piping systems for several multi-million-dollar projects. Performed piping stress analysis; Zick's analysis for saddle supports; and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on mitred elbows, large diameter piping branches and closely spaced arrays of piping branches. These calculations were performed using Caesar II and FEPipe Ver. 4.2 & 5.0.

Provided technical expertise to ensure the correct design of pressure vessels, and proper reinforcement of nozzle openings (& clip attachments) by performing ASME Section VIII Div. 1 code calculations, WRC 107 calculations and FEA analysis per the requirements of the ASME Section VIII Div. 2 and API 650 codes.
