Conduct safety audits and submit reports maintaining the defined HSE protocols of company project.
Conduct/ ensure Toolbox Talks and maintain records.
Conduct investigations of accidents and/ or incidents and submit reports to Project Manager / HSE Manager.
Ensure all lifting gears, mobile plants and other vehicles possess valid legal documents and test certificates as per requirement. Use effective strategies to minimize risks.
To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practices of local Municipality, DDA regulations or H.S.E. guidance.
Liaising with Sub-Contractor Safety Officers & Engineers, coordinating with them for any issues at site related to HSE Matters. Inspecting PTW on site, according to their work reinforcement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE statistics reports, analyze and initiate corrective and preventive measures and maintain records.
Conducting firefighting drills and inspecting condition of firefighting equipment’s, preparing of emergency evacuation & other plans.
Attend all weekly and monthly HSE meetings with Contractor and Consultant/Client.
