Oman football association (OFA), is the governing body of football in Oman. It was founded in 1978, has been a member of the Asian Football Confederation since 1979 and of FIFA since 1980. Oman Football Association is a relatively young member of the football fraternity.

Responsibilities and achievements

Draft, follow-up and track employees contracts.

Draft MoU, JV and Confidentiality agreements.

Coordinating with Reservation department regarding tickets, hotel reservations for OFA stakeholders.

Conducting monthly and quarterly MIS reports, and any special reports required by managements. Ensuring these are delivered in a timely, reliably and accurate manner.

Actively participate in developing full integrated HR software in coordination with the association’s upper management.

Participate in committees created by the upper management (Purchasing committee, HR committee.

Participate in preparation of HR policies and procedures, rules and regulations, and makes sure that every department adheres to them.

Conducting Job Descriptions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for different job positions.

Participate in preparation of the employees’ performance appraisal based on Job performance, Personal Qualities, Communication skills and Technical Performance.

Participate in preparation of HR annual budget and discuss the reports with the line manager, including (hiring, training and operation budgets).

Maintaining the day to day functions of the department, such:

Internal memos for assignment of different tasks to staff members.

Prepared contract termination letters.

Maintaining attendance records and other reports on regular basis
