My name is Thapelo Dhlamini, I am Human Resources Management National Diploma Graduate from Vaal University of Technology, completed my studies 2010, since then been working at Metrofile (pty) ltd from late 2010-2020, I started as intern (General worker for 6months) later converted to a permanent position (Doc clerk 2011-2012) got promoted to a Scanner Operator position (2012-2014) then to Image Processing Coordinator (2014-2020), during my years at Metrofile I had the opportunity to work at all departments (Document preparation, scanning, indexing and Data administration) I also had the opportunity to run internal projects for the following clients ( Groupe Bazano, Sulzer, Electric Franklin, etc) I worked closely with sales Department to ensure we meet the turnaround time and ensuring we give our clients the best quality output, I have also worked on site Projects at following clients premises(Sasol, Sulzer, Abbot and Nedbank) where I worked as supervisor.
