Design of American chopper and Rendering using SolidWorks, Skill-Lync

•Designed various parts of American chopper such as fender, oil tank, Gas tank and front fork, wheel, Engine and chassis using part modeling and surface modeling command

•Import all the part and fix the first part give constrain to make fully defined and provide the clearance if parts get merged.

•Rendered the chopper with environment adding decals, adjusting colors, editing materials, scene composition.

•Use visualize photo viewer 360 adding extra realistic HDR environment, color material in it.

Design of sun seeker predator Yatch using SolidWorks, Skill-Lync

•Set up blueprint according to the predefined dimension.

•Designed front seat, Hull, Garage door, Middle seat, Radar Mast, Propeller, Rear seat, Superstructure.

•Used SolidWorks photo viewer 360 and visualize software render Yatch by apply color appearance, material, scans, and considering the entire factor like gama value and reflection blooms. Prospective view tuned on, added camera spot light to view the parts realistic.

Design of inner and outer panel of Hood using Catia V5, Skill-Lync

•Hood inner panel as per EURO NCAP regulation considering pedestrian safety and passenger safety when frontal crash occurs.

•Emboss are provided to improve stiffness and allow to force to dissipate towards the side outward for the driver safety.

•Developed hood outer panel with required hemming and corner reliefs.

•Provided latch and striker, necessary reinforcement and mastic data to avoid NVH.

Analysis of wheel arc for Fender design, Skill-Lync

Responsible for measuring the minimum clearance between the wheel and the wheel arc of the fender.

CATIA V5 was the software and measure tool was used for the measuring the minimum clearance.

Gained knowledge about the safety standards of regions like USA, Japan, and Europe.

Design Front Fender using Catia V5, Skill-Lync

•Based on the design data following portion of fender is design, drip area, bumper mount area, sill baffle and a pillar region.

•The drip area is mounted with the engine compartment with help of nut welding.

•Wheel arc calculation was performed for the designed fender as per regulation.

Design of Roof, Skill-Lync

•Calculated the bow roof position by studying the roof curvature dimension of heat distortion and snowed criteria.

•Designed front roof rail, center roof rail, and rear roof rail, and necessary reinforcement.

Advance Sheet Metal Design Using NX CAD, Skill-Lync

•Worked on casing part, sheet metal box assembly, Enclosures with odd shapes, 2d to 3d creation of metal brackets.

•Gained insights on advanced sheet metal options like creation of Beads, Dimples, Flange, Jog, Contour flange, Hem flange, unbend, rebend, Flattening and Forming, Solid punch, Closed corner and break corner options in sheet metal workbench of UG NX.

Design of Butterfly valve, Skill-lync.

•Evaluated virtual condition of value Mmc, Lmc and applied datum in the mating part using 321 principle to constrain degree of freedom.

•Designed sub assembly part of butterfly valve like Main body Lever, Nut, Stem, Top flange.

Drafting the butterfly valve using NX CAD, Skill-lync.

•Provided the entire necessary symbol to identify geometric characteristic and size under the future control frame.

•Used the base view project the image in sheet with alignment and provide the necessary dimension and datum to constrain degree of freedom.

Areca Nut De-husking machine, Academic project

•The objective of the project is to develop a machine for De-husking of Areca nuts and to address the drawbacks of the existing machines such as incomplete removal of husk, expensive, not suitable for different sizes of Areca nut etc.

•The machine is too able to accommodate different sizes of Areca nut and it must also be easy to operate, eliminating the need of skilled labor.
