ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Supervise / monitoring of Plumbing supervisors / Foramans input and output.

Supervise design / Production of shop drawing including final review and QA/QC check.

Get the approval for drawing from consultant & Issue that to site execution people.

Ensure work is accordance with working drawing and specification.

Co-ordinate with clients / consultants / Main Contractor to clear any design issues.

Planning and requisition of man power and material as per work program.

Monitoring and controlling the men and material consumption and wastage.

Maintaining and forwarding daily work report along with man power & material.

Project commissioning and handing over as per the program.

Executing the Plumbing works as per the quality standards of the company.

Preparing work schedule in accordance with civil construction program.

Planning for resources as per work schedule

Maintaining daily progress and manpower deployment report at site.

Conducting meeting for tradesman on weekly basis and finding the solutions for the technical and the personal problems.

Responsible for site maintenance.

Responsible for preparing and handing over of as- built drawings to the clients and Facilities management department.

Preparing final costing sheet of materials and manpower and reconciling it with accounts statement and submitting the same for management review at the time of handing over the projects.

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS :

Coordinating with the material Prequirement Department to take decision on materials to be used in construction as per the prepared calculations and specifications.

Coordinating with projects managers to ensure that structural specification and standards are being followed as desighn.

Coordinate with the Architectural Section to communicate designs and shop drawings.

Coordinating with the Planning Department to stay informed of projects schedules and follow up on projects progress.

Communicating with consultants and external firms to undertake engineering services Such as shop drawings evaluation and approval.
