Ooredoo telecom company: I worked for five years and I gained quantities of expertise with customer service and leadership as i was the team leader position which thought me how to be part of the team. 2011-2014

Ashghal (Public Work Authorities): I worked in company Worked in Public work authority as customer service both in call center and front desk 2014-2017.I came in contact and learn the government side of work as well the city and handling emergency situations that needed a quick and smart action.

London English School Of Qatar: Worked as English teacher in London English school of Qatar for six months. As Part time Job and I practiced my training and teaching Skills in the school.

Experience and skills:

I worked in companies and different with different cultures. It helped me to be able to handle different situations and come up with answers very quick. Knowing and understanding customer's wants and needs and presenting it professionally is very important to me.
