Executive lead for diabetes population health across hospitals, physician enterprise and care continuum. Reports to Vice President (VP) of Care Coordination and Population Health.

Leads system-wide initiatives involving clinical standardization; care optimization; capital and technology; and policies and procedures related to diabetes practice.

• Led Epic EHR transition related to diabetes practice for 6 new hospitals.

• Introduced and manages glycemic management dashboard to address LOS, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia and basal bolus utilization.

• Partnered in insulin-dosing technology expansion to reduce LOS.

Executive oversight for diabetes health across 4 acute hospitals. Reported to Sharecare VP and Bon Secours Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Directed a comprehensive inpatient program with evidenced-based interventions that reduced average length of stay for patients with diabetes resulting in a cost savings of $45M (2012-2015).

Led an ADA recognized outpatient program with exceptional key constituent satisfaction (exceeds 90% satisfied) and an average hemoglobin A1C improvement rate of 15%.
