Providing legal advice to executive management on all areas of federal and state employment law.

Employment: Drafting employment, separation, consulting, and executive compensation agreements, and advising on discrimination and harassment claims.

Legal Operations: Implementing technological solutions and processes ensuring uniformity in the management and generation of sales quotes. Developing contract templates and conducted legal and compliance training.

Business Support: Advising senior business leadership on risk assessment, and interpretation of contracts, including sales bids and the “battle of the forms.” Providing problem-solving assistance to senior management, finance clients, and front-line sales representatives.
