Position entailed aftermarket and OEM dealer support for technical and warranty issues for North America. Developed and complied technical service part manuals; written and graphic formats. Recapture loss warranty revenue from vendors for defective product, which resulted in dramatic lower warranty costs. Initiate waste recycling program for production material waste to reduce manufacturing cost.
